If you order that part number (and that is the only number you can order), you will actually get a pre-painted white bumper. Mitsu does not offer them any other color, but yet they go thru the trouble of painting them all white, rather than just leaving them primed. So ya, that is for a white 9 bumper

Need vacuum line assembly the runs from the boost solenoid to the actuator and the compressor housing. I would like to have numbers on all of the parts(vacuum line, "T", and clamps. Thanks!

Well, that vacumn line assembly actually comes with everything. It is one of those things you can not get seperate pieces for (see pic). The part numbers vary:

12/02 - 7/04 = MN143555
8/04 - 7/05 = MN156396
8/05 - 11/06 = 1632A117

Anybody know the part number for the clips that hold the lower lip onto the front bumper cover for an '03 Evo. Not the clips that connect the lower lip to the splashguard, but connect the lip to the actual bumper cover. Been to the dealer twice and got the wrong parts, the manual at the stealership doesn't show the part at all, and my laptop is 4500 miles from me atm with my books in it. Thanks.
