thanks for the fast response.

is this part for the splash gaurd to lower lip or front bumper to lower lip?

i need the clips that attach the lower lip (usually the part that comes off in order to install a doluck or varis lip) to the front bumper. i dont run a splash gaurd so im not sure if these are the right fasteners.

Is there a mitsubishi part/tool to remove the torsion bars?

I know there are some made by Honda, just wondering if mitsubishi makes one.

Also, I need the part number for the torsion bar clip as well for an 04 evo without a rear wing.

The o-rings are 1465A188 , and in case, the insulators (ones to the head) are MD087060
