Anyways The Mitsubishi Dealership I Go To Wanted To Buy My Old One Today. They Asked How Much And I Said Around 450. Is That To High Or To Low. I Mean A New One Is About 1000. Please Help!

Sounds great to me. I know I wouldn't pay $450 for a stock ecu...but if the dealer will then go for it.

Well I Said 450 He Was Thinking Around 350 Because He Thinks He Can Get One From A Junkyard But Most Junkyards Wont Disconnect The Ecu From An Evo Because Most Junkyards Would Rather Rebuild It Then Part It Out. Im Just Askin How Much To Stock Ecus Go For On This Site. Ive Seen Some On Ebay For As High As 350 But For Older Models Evo 5,6,7 Etc.

Can you get the ECU re-programmed to the keys you currently have for the car? Just checking as that would be a difficult sell if you couldn't.

You can get the immobilizer reconfigured for the new ECU but swapping between ECUs is not just plug an play. Each time you make the swap you need to go to the dealer or the car wont start.
I have seen 03 ECUs sell for $250. I recently sold mine for $200. If you are patient you can probably sell it for more.

Hope this helps,

Good luck,

Well I Can Tell They Wanted It Bad Otherwise They Wouldnt Of Talked To Me For So Long. So Do You Think I Should Just Drop It Down To 350 And Sell It To Them Because 450 Is To High Or To See If They Go For 450. I Dont Think They Wanted To Pay As High As 450 But He Was Thinking About It

I personally think $350 is a fair price but if you can do it for $400 or even $450 then all the better. It is up to you.

Good luck,
