Wow for just being posted today this has gotten a lot of response, so i must put in my .02 i say don't listen to all these suckers on here.... If the girl truely cares about you it won't matter if your rich or poor. Also your young and in HS chances are it won't last forever you've already admitted you don't want to go into college with a GF, well i'm not saying blow her off completely i'm just saying if you go cheap on her she shouldn't care to much if she truely cares for you. But she will get upset if she knows you have 1000 some odd dollars and you only sped $5 on a corsage and like $40 on a tux and go super cheap.... So i would spend a little to make her happy but i definately wouldn't blow half my cash for that ***..... besides in 2 years if she hasn't given it to you by then your wasting your time.... i wouldn't invest no more.... and if she has.... then again she proved to you, you don't have to spend a bunch of cash to get laid.
Bah, If she isn't materialistic no need to be all flashy with her even if you do got the cash.... You got 2 more proms ahead of you still..... and her birthday will come every year. But you will only be young and dumb once, also this maybe the only time you'll ever own a bad *** car. Never know what's going to happen might as well take her to the limit when you can. Cause you could have kids in another 3 years. Even if you do get the extra cash from beating the G. Just make your car bad ***. A nice car will almost always get you noticed by the ladies... so having a girlfriend is not always a good thing. Cause women are kinda like boxers, or fighters. Your lady might be bad, but there is always going to be that one badass ***** that will make you turn your head.

we are getting married soon prolly in about 3 years but she lets me do what i want to do because she know once i get married that then she has every right to tell me what i should do with my income.....she does support me fully and i thiink that's what you should ask your girl to do if she hasnt done that yet.....

Take this with a grain of salt ... but ... thinking that if this girl was my little sister, and having some guy think of her as being able to snap his fingers and get 'some' is a pretty great insult to my relationship with my sister. She has to 'give' a deep part of herself in order to be accepted by somebody. You're being unreasonable to her, even now.
Now ... it might be her wanting 'some' too, but if she's that easy, is she really dedicated to you anyways? Are you really dedicated to her? ... or do you need to "snap your fingers" in order to make your life magically fullfilling? From the sound of it, if you lose your 'source' you can already go get 'some' anyways. With this Plan B, it doesn't sound you're entirely dedicated to your current girlfriend anyways.

hahaha I am in the same situation, prom is coming up end of this month... and so are my coilovers... ahhh oh well... I would have to say that my gf is more important because car parts can always come back.... but you can't buy back lost quality time with the gf and once-in-a-lifetime events...

Man, if i had a girl that were in this predicament i would be PISSED if she picked to spend it all on me. Lol...and you know the golden rule only treat others how you would wanna be treated!
dude, if you really care about her spend it Some of it on her, not all of it considering it is your money, but if shes just another trick that your messin around with, might as well just blow the money on the evo.
