Yes, it does have the horn. It is only at 70% VTA and have no CEL or any perf loss.

I like the woosh sound.......but I look like a retard when I shift and go WOOSH. My passangers thinking WTH. Not too mention the spit all over the windsheild/dash.

Just comparing it to my friends VW beatle with 8lbs and a hybrid valve, his seems louder and is at 50/50 , and a honda civic, that can be heard car and a half back with my radio moderate volume. (he has less boost, less compression)

EVO JC: maybe you could send me a pic of how you have yours installed????
