EVO's are meant to be driven!!!!

I see alot of people that barely put any miles on there car. I have 39K on my 03 and I am enjoying every minute in the car. Why would you pay 30K and never drive it So your car has less miles and higher resale but you miss out on the pure adrenalin rush. I say F-it and drive and enjoy your EVO instead of letting sit . I know a guy in SD that has 03 EVO that has 8000 miles and he pay $500 a month to drive the car 4000 miles a year

Me too.

Since I moved farther from work me and the wife commute into DC from Stafford (40 Miles one way) in a EG Civic HB. It gets 35 mile per gallon and takes 87 oct.

Both Evos are now garage queens and only get brought out to go to the track or go to car meets.

i get more frustrated seeing only daily driver evos personally. More then anything else the Evo was meant to go to the track (road courses) Those that don't take the time or money to go to track events are just driving uncomfortalbe rocket sleds.

The Evo is basically a racecar that can be used on the street and if you don't atleast try it out on the track once you are missing out on a lot

PS - driving fast on the street and taking off ramps quickly doesn't come close to comparing to a day at the track

03 with 9,000 miles. Driving it less actually makes it more enjoyable. You look forward to taking the car out and don't take it for granted as a day to day drive.

My commute distance is only 8 miles. But it takes about 30 mins to get there. Dang signal lights and traffic in LA ...

If it wasn't for my trip to Texas last year I'd have 5K on my '03. I've got 9200 now

I guess the low miles make up for the hard driving at the track. However stop and go traffic is pretty hard on a car also.
