I had no problem keeping tools in my trunk with any of my BMW's...but it's a major PITA in the Evo.

yeah that fiberboard is a big pile of crap. Mine already broke in half, thanks to me putting one of my wheels (flat tire) in the trunk over an empty spare compartment (spare was on the car, obviously). I used to put so much shi.t in the trunk of my Civic without problems...

wonder how much the dealer will charge me to replace that....doh!
