i got nailed last night racing. any1 with any help to this please reply. its my 1st ofence. is it a lose of license, points, or what thanks so much.

why didn't you ask the cop. how fast were you going over the speed limit?

 

i got a speeding ticket to but i dont care about that. and it happend on rt 10 in roxbury

 

What did he write the ticket for? Speeding? Careless driving? Did the ticket say "street racing"??

 

In MD it's considered aggresive driving and you can lose your license, dep. on speed DEF points and if you're lucky a BIG @SS ticket

 

My friend got a $800 ticket in his WRX...lol I guess that's better than losing your license? He also got 5 points but kept his license

the 2 tickets say racing on highway and speeding . i got a brack on speeding tho. i was clocked at 127 in a 50 but the cop gave me a 90 in a 50.

 

Holy....127 in a 50.....Thats rediculous...Usually SR tickets just pwn and you lose your license accompanied by other things like points on top of points and wonderful fines...but i'm not sure how things would work out inyour area..

Personally whatever you get is what you deserve. Thats why we have tracks. On a helpful note.....your best bet is to get a lawyer and have him try to talk the ticket down that is your only real option. Hope you learned your lesson.

 

it sucks. im thinking walk in there and be like il pay triple the amout to drop the racing ticket. and ill eat the speeding 1. at least i won the race .lol

yes he got pulled over to. and it was a 50 mustang. like 88 or 90 something stile.
