I'm pretty sure there are no mods on the car, everything except the air filter looks stock (which is how I wanted it) -- but I'm pretty sure the air filter is just an OEM replacement .. nothing fancy. That said, I'm just going by what I can make out from the owner's manual. Anyone have any suggestions on how to check better??

I got the exact car at Carmax here in Dallas. I got their warranty until 99k miles. Mine had 9k miles. I did find that a MBC had been installed and later removed so give it a good look over. Congrats!
