New C6 is an amazing car but for me it's not practical classic muscle car the best v8 car made as far as performance goes and cost. The new Zo6 is sure to be amazing but is more of a handfull to drive over my Evo. Cant beat all wheel drive. While the Zo6 is spinning it's tires I am up the road ahead of it. Also no fun in the rain or snow in the Vette
plus insurance is a Bitc* for Vette owners.

I would go buy myself a Aston Martin DB9 vanquish.

i own a c6 and an evo now and i LOVE both of them. as far as warranty work goes, GM is more apt to fix a problem, however im always cautious about leaving a 50k car at a gm dealership. ive heard a few horror stories about mechanics "making sure everything is ok" and totaling the car. just weird bringing it in to have work done by people who primarily service budget cars and trucks. customer service is ok, not great by any means, which is why i ordered mine from out of state, and do my own maintenance.

stock for stock the c6 is a better car. better interior, sleeker appearance, and just cool gadgets. as of now, the evo has more potential, as there is no blower out for the c6 (lingenfelter has one but i havnt heard any reviews), however with the new ls2edit and a few boltons, 11s are no problem.

i personally am waiting for the z06 and might consider trading up rather than mod my c6.
