Which cams should i go for to get mid to high end power? I was thinking of getting gsc 272 intake 272 exhaust. People with cams and similar mods as please respond with feedback.

consider 264/264, they are great...

 

how does your car feel high end though. does it lose the power up top

 

hows the idle with cams also?

 

cams turn the car into a top end monster

 

If those are all of your mods listed in your signature then I would invest in a turbo back exhaust before you get cams. A Full exhaust will yield more hp than a set of cams.

Proven less HP???? How is that if the GSC cams are exact copies of the HKS cams??? same duration, same lift???

If its been proven then someone must have taken a car making exactly xxx whp with gsc 264/264 and then put HKS 264/264 cams in with same tune and the car made less whp?? If this test has been done please show me and I will stand corrected.

 

I got GSC 272's....its pulls.....but lopey at the stop lights...

 

I had HKS 272/272 installed yesterday and tuned. The car only made 20 more hp, and about 30 more tq, but it doesn't even feel like the same car, it pulls like a **** up top and I love the car 10x now.

 

If you want REAL top end power, get some JUN 272's

 

Yea and spend like 800bucks!!! Forget that...

Your decision is find. GSC 272/272... You can get 600+WHP on them cams no problem.
