It's dependent on the car and driver, so there are no perfect shift points that any of us can give you. I can give you _MY_ perfect shift points as they pertain to drag racing, but you didn't mention if you were daily driving, street racing, drag racing, autocrossing, etc.

At the drag strip:

I launch at 6000rpm with a feathering technique. 1st gear grabs hard without spinning and launches me forward, but I lose power earlier than normal due to the immediate onset of full boost, so I shift around 6800.

At the top of 2nd, I shift at 7200-7300.
At the top of 3rd, I shift at 7200-7300.
At the top of 4th, I either ride it our or shift to 5th around 7000, but you won't have this problem in stock form or with the 5spd.

I did the same thing in stock and modded form...

Depends on what power you make. After I got dynoed, I made power all the way to 7500 rpm. So thats where I shift at how. Stock I shifted at 7000 every gear.
