A car is a machine, it is not a living room with a nice couch with pretty drapes.
A good machine needs to go, stop and turn well. The Evo is the best machine for the money. To me a fun car has to stimulate the senses. If you want nice get an Acura TL and drive in the right lane.

Man... I rode in one of the guy's EVO off these boards at a meet & was almost crying when I sat in my Ralliart... I thought the EVO interior was amazing just because those Recaro's... They hug you while you're sitting in them... Guess everyone has different tastes, but that ES comparison might be a little harsh, no!?

Thats not so true. I do like the performance oriented car but anything in my price range just doesn't carry what I am looking. Maybe down the road if/when I get some serious money I can buy a porsche or something...who knows.

Yea, heading to acura and infini tomorrow
The first time I drove an Evo... damn. Damn. Damn. DAmn. DAMN. I had never ridden in one, but my friend's friend let me drive his...damn. Only ever got to 3rd gear... You know, speed limits and all. But damn. It was a stock evo. At first, feels like a quick car. But then... you hit about 3500 RPM and the turbo kicks in...and.... DAMN. I didn't notice the interior although my friend has an ES and his interior is kinda weak. Doesn't matter. When I get an Evo (I'm only 17, so it's gonna be awhile) I'll most definently strip the interior anyways. I'm going to make it a track car for AutoXing and I'll buy an accord as a daily driver. How do ya'll afford to pay for your evos and mods?

Im not saying the interior is bad an evo, the recaros are great. I like to feel comfortable in the interior, the evo just wasnt comfortable for me cause I am a big guy.

i dont care ill drive the IS in the winter. Snow is snow, ice is ice. If your going on ice it doesnt matter if you have awd or rwd, you are still going to slide.
Drive slow and cautious and there is nothing to worry about.

I guess speed just doesn't do it for me anymore. Hitting a concrete wall at 107 mph and watching your life flash before your eyes changes your mind about things.
