plan is to drive it in the winter. I also do own a work truck(03 GMC pickup) and a beater 92 corsica, i could always keep the beater but i want to get rid of it.

There will always be an option for something for me to drive, the snow wont keep me house ridden

hmmm.....if you plan to drive your new car in the winter, then you need winter tires, or get a AWD car. so, I don't see the need to keep a beater.

anyways, do what u think its right for u. test drive as many cars as you can, and get the one fit you the best. good luck

thats too bad the evo didnt impress you. performance wise the car is amazing, but i guess going from one lancer to something based off of it makes it less special cause youve already been in the interior. by the way hope you dont want the new IS because only the little engine comes in a sick and its slower than the one thats out now. interior is nice as hell though
the rs4 will sticker for 80k plus whatever markup they put on them because you know there wont be that many. and for 80+ id rather be in a porsche or e55 or something along those lines.
