what is supposd to be betterabout synchromesh and the other fluid compared to OEM. Is the viscosity better ? Does it take less time to circulate when getting ready to drive or is the OEM stuff just crap ?

It will get smoother. Mine didn't get noticibly smoother until about 5k miles or so. Now I'm at 34k and it's pretty slick now. 1st to 2nd clunks a lot of the time still, I think that's just normal and until the tranny falls out because of it I can live with it. The 30k mile service also smoothed things up with the new flud. Most people change it at 15k but I didn't have any real problems with it so I let it be. I'd be careful of aftermarket fluid, I hear the Synchromesh is ok, but my buddy put redline in and it jacked it all up. I'd stick with the stock fluids if I were you, especially if you care about your warranty.
