My peak boost varies by as much as 3-4 psi depending on the weather (it often changes dramatically day to day or morning to afternoon here) and I monitor it with my gauges and adjust my EBC accordingly. Some hot humid afternoons I'll floor it and it seems "slower" and I look at peak boost and it's only like 18. Then in the colder dry morning (with the same settings) I'll see it's going over 22psi and have to turn it down a bit. The weather can really make a difference.
