Here are some pictures from this weekend. These were sorta rushed because we were told that we are not allowed to take pictures there.

yea ive opened her up lol infact i found out that you can take her to about 8k.

the stock 7k redline isnt accurate.

You can still feel when the boost really comes in but the transition is much better then the viii.

The car is quick, i gave my buddies 05 sti with reflash and dp a run for its money.

He was very shocked

Great pics man!! I love the one with the s2000 in one archway and your Evo in the other. Correct my if i'm wrong but those look like gravestones in some of those pics, was this photoshoot at a cemetary?!

I've heard different things about breaking in a motor. I know in the street bike world, there is a belief that motors are best broke in by pushing it hard to limits right off the showroom floor. i read an automotive engineers take on it, that it works for cars too and i was almost convinced but i still haven't done it with any of the cars i own.

Me thinks the recommended break-in period from Mitsubishi is 400 miles (it's listed in the owners manual), so he has already passed that. Chill dude, break-in is a personal choice and he's made his. I went 1200 on mine, but you don't see me bagging on him. Enjoy the new IX.
