Those are very nice pics. When I saw the one of your IX and the S2000 next to each other at first glance it gave the illusion that you two were on a track going 2 wide. Nice shots My VIII almost goes to 8k too. I hardly ever do that because I start to notice slight oil consumption (need a catch can) so I usually shift at about 7k when I'm in drive hard mode. I'm going to try to shift a little higher next time I go to the track to see if my mph comes up a bit.

I can tell ya those headlight adjustments are a pretty ****ty design.
So which HID's did you end up getting, they look like they have a bit more blue compared to the S2k so I'm guessing maybe they are 8000K? Also where did you get them from? Thanks for the great pics!

Yeah! I had him do my stockers the same as the EVO IX tailights, they really do look the best with the EVO - I think the EVO7 makes the car look too much like a regualr Lancer. But thats just me.

Either way, when they become available, Ill prolly end up buying them (EVO IXs) just so I have a nice factory part instead of a "modded" part.

I just went to my dealer to check out their new RS and noticed the rear bumper was the same as the eight, then i read this forum and tried to find someone mentioning the MR. does anyone know if the mr has the diffuser like in all the pictures or is it the same as the other models. And how much does the JDM bumper cost and a link if anyone has it. Thanks!

JDM 9 rear can be had at Gruppe-s

Note- in order to fit it on our car you must remove the rear crash beam.
