Stohlman, I haven't talked to them since I put a deposit it, which was about 2-3 weeks ago. Paul (the head guy there) was on vacation at that point so I didn't really get to talk to him.

To Stohlman, or to Sheehy? Sheehy was just earlier this week when they knew what colors they were getting in their March shipment, only to find out someone already had the blue.

Woh, so it looks like the cars arrived in a few new states this weekend! Good. That gives us East coasters a fighting chance to get our cars as scheduled....ach! I hate waiting.
Hey Hornet, I'm not sure who you talked to at the Sheehy dealership (cause it doesn't sound like you talked to Jack) but their deposits are fully refundable.
But by all accounts, Sheehy has all their allotted cars for March and April sold or reserved. If more cars appear, I'll let you guys know.
And if you live in VA, car purchases are only taxed 3%....nice!

and 94 octane gas.
For what it's worth....and take this with a huge grain of salt.....I was told by my dealer that the Evos are being held at the port on purpose for the past few weeks...for liability reasons brought up by east coast dealerships in a meeting they had in mid Jan. Due to the 'summer only' tire compound, they don't want to release the cars while the weather's still cold.
SC~ who choked on that grain of salt...sitting on his back porch in the 65 degree weather.
