Because the neons were actually installed and wired in, not just plugged up. And no, there are lots of lancers with neons. The neons were also a gift, cause I wouldn't spend the money on them because i never use them.

You mean the G35 coupe in disguise. Don't get me wrong I like the G35 platfrom in coupe or sedan version, but to push a reworked G35 coupe off as a Skyline is ridiculous. Its like Pontiac trying to push off reworked grand-prix as a GTO. Hell I can't even tell them apart coming down the road I don't know wether its a grand-am or grand-prix? That body style will never have GTO character. My 2 cents.
