The driver obviously knows nothing about cars. If he did he would know he just put a $12,00 front wheel drvie Focus on his bed, instead of a $35,000 awd EVO. I be in jail, for assault, right now if that was my Evo.

thats how they take them to me.
seems like EVO owners pay their bills because we havent had on in 8 mths, while we get 2+ sti's every mth

Can the tow truck driver really be held liable? I mean if they send him out to repo the EVO and he doesn't have a flatbed and hooks up the EVO--ultimately getting damaged, I don't see why the driver himself should be liable. It should be the company or something. What if there was an employee that just didn't know anything about cars? Heck, I've seen a Mustang getting towed with the front wheels up and the rear wheels dragging shouldn't it be the other way around?
