What was the tow truck driver thinking?

there were no damages in front, side and rear.

Hopefully it's being sent to the dealer and the dealer notices, nothing worse than it happening to a person who can't be without a car and can't pay for damages if they some how get out of it, but I think the towing company pays if they tow the car wrong

its the tow truck drivers responsibility! they are suppose to look before hooking! i love that the van is on the flatbed! thats awesome. poor beautiful evo. that car is wasted!
