Probably a scam . There are many out there. If you have to pay ANY money to obtain a sponsorship, it's a scam.

Don't sign anything. They sponsor everybody. You have to pay like $80. From what I was told, is it's kind of like a loan. You have to buy $$$ in parts to get parts from them or something lie that.
