I'm not a tuner by any means but I'm pretty sure ignition timing has a lot to do with being able to run such high boost with crappy octane.

would you say it's safe for everyday street driving? not talking about run-ins with the law but the car's longevity haha.

Currently we're driving around with the boost controller OFF. There's just no need for this sort of power on the street, it could get dangerous REAL fast. Street driving shouldn't be and isn't a problem at all right now. It helps that the clutch is real easy to modulate and the way the motor acts is totally tollerable on the street.

If a car is properly tuned and running as it should, there is no reason why it can't be street driven everyday. Glad we put a smile on your guys' face! 500/600 WHP HERE WE COME!!

Amazing. Might have to look into the FCON possibly for my setup in the near future, but I'd rather purchase an ems that control mivec as well.

We're hitting max boost right around 5000-5100 RPM.
