Results
We just got the car tuned this past Thursday and here are the results....

414HP/375TQ
Conditions:
91 Pump Gas
11.5 A/F
Stock Cams/Intake Manifold/Throttle Body
Boost - 2BAR/~29PSI
Click here to see the car on the dyno.
Impressions...
The OS Giken clutch is just amazing, it grabs like no other. If anyone has ever owned or driven a high HP turbo Honda, the car revs and moves just like that, but with gobs and gobs of traction!!! :P The power comes on so linear it's amazing. One thing I would have liked to see is more area under the curve...(more usable powerband) but that will be remedied with cams in the future. The car just goes so smoothly.
The car retains 100% streetability due to the FCON VPRO. Everything worked out great with this system. After converting to a MAP from MAF, it's like a night and day difference. There isn't any bucking and partial throttle jerking from going on and off the gas like I experience in my 9MR. (VTA SSQV+HKS RS). I would suggest this system to anyone... it makes the drive so much more pleasurable.
Of course all of this wouldn't have happened without the amazing work of SP Engineering and HKS USA. We would really like to thank them for all of their support through this whole project, especially HKS USA in helping us to get a functional FCON harness. If anyone ever needs work done, please don't hesitate to give SP a shout, they are very friendly people that are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisified. We'd also like to thank Enkei USA, Falken Tires, and Injen for allowing us to use their Dyno facilities. (Pictures of the wheel combo coming soon
)
In the future we are planning to retune with race gas as well as add cams and the HKS mivec controller if/when it is released. Perhaps a stroker?
Comments/questions/concerns?

Car strapped down on the dyno...

Never before seen photos of JDM Mel Gibson (Previously Blitz Japan Tech/Tuner) tuning FCON VPRO.

Very nice, I was wondering when numbers would finally come out, was gonna call this thread, EVO 9 Project Never Ends... 414WHP on pump gas and stock Cam/Cams is very nice. With Cam/Cams and a couple other things this car could pick up another 40-50WHP and be around 450-460WHP on pump gas, with is GT35R territory. Seriously race gas and this beast should be well over 500WHP.

Amazing tuning...
Honda guys have been hitting 400-600+ on 91 pump for a quite a while now. Not to toot my own horn but my last Integra was making 317hp at 11lbs WITH a cat.
I'm not a tuner by any means but I'm pretty sure ignition timing has a lot to do with being able to run such high boost with crappy octane.
