Evo rattle
I think I've found the source of this a-pillar noise. Here's the link to the thread I just posted to. Maybe it will help, or at least help in figuring out where the noise is coming from. Good luck

I have it too, but I always hear noise everywhere. A-pillers, dash, when my woofer is banging my 7 tailights rattle, my old 3" B&B downpipe rattled and rubbed in 2 areas, just too much to list. I dont really care, just turn the system up and ignore it.
i have had 4 rattles.....used small pieces of black duct tape to fix some of them
#1- from the back ...thought it was the third brake light or something...ended up being the 2 springs (bars going side to side inside the trunk) that help lift the trunk lid up were hitting each other....i put 2 clips (look like an H) that are used for holding paint gun lines together on the bars and rattle is gone...could also use tape or something where the bars touch each other to stop the rattle..just rotate them back and forth and see where they touch
#2- another is the guage pod bezel rattling against the carbon fiber dash piece in the lower right corner...cuz it goes away when i press there...only happens when it's hot outside and it is only for a few minutes then goes away....I guess the a/c cools the plastic down a bit...took off the bezel (black peice) by removing the 2 screws at the top...there is some felt already around the back edges of the bezel...just put some tape in the areas where there was no felt and some tape on the edges of the carbon fiber pieces where the bezel touches them..this stopped the rattle
#3-glove box rattle...goes away when i press on it....i think it is where the rubber stoppers vibrate against the glovebox door...only happens when it's cold outside...goes away once heat warms car up....i put some tape on the door where the stoppers hit..problem solved
#4-like the others....dash vent on the top of the dash on passenger side i think...when i press down on it rattle goes away...only happens when it's cold outside ...goes away when car gets warmed up....i removed the plastic vent peice..just pops out...put tape on the spots where it clips onto the dash....we'll see how it goes...may be something else under the dash that i can't get to...don't want to remove dash...will try to look up under the dash through the glove box tomorrow...ok i checked it out ...still rattling...it's something behind the air bag up under the dash...can't get to it without removing the dash.....rattle goes away when u press down on the dash...doesn't last long...goes away once the car warms up a bit....you might here it rattling over a real bumpy road or something....but it's not too big of a deal....will just have to live with this one i guess...might go away over time...oh well at least i got rid of the other 3...lol

Easy fix - turn the radio up so you can't hear it. lol
Seriously though I have a rattle that sounds like it's coming from my center console, bugs the hell out of me. The foam sticky pad solution is the best bet to eliminate them.
