One crappy fitting poor customer service having company....
This is some funny (sickning) but funny bull. I was really considering their rear bumper but i'm not even gonna chance an aftermarket piece now. They are very dishonest and they should be disciplined for the false advertisement. That letter was also very cold.
"Dear Mr. Barnett,
As I predicted you had sent the bumper back to us against our policy, and as I told you, we would refuse it. Now you are responsible for all return fees and storage fees your carrier may require you to pay.
No Signature was placed for delivery confirmation, there will be no supporting documents to demand any type of refund from your credit company.
We suggest you accept item back and deal with the consequences of your poor decision.
Our company knows how to deal with Credit Company ChargeBacks, so do not think you can wrongfully recieve credit by any other means then by our return policy. Also upon seeing the box it was altered in shape and dimensions, you had cut the box and sized it to a different spec. Thus you have violated our requirement to return any item in original package exactly how it was shipped to you. This being irrelevant because such authorization is to be made in advance prior to shipping, and we do not approve a return as written on our previous email.
Our company has written to you and yet we have no word yet from our previous email, we will take this to mean that you are not properly coordinating and are deliberately attempting to seek wrongful claim, such points will be noted to our bank reps and Case#
Best Regards,
Dave Zachry
Accolade Aero Design."
One would have to be absolutely retarded to even deal with this company again.
JEBUS! makes me wanna puke reading that.

Totally unacceptable. I really wonder what goes thru some peoples heads at times. Unfortuantely, its probably time for them to move on to another platform and rip off more customers.

Report to the "Better Business Bureau" perhaps?
Hell with taking them off EvoM, take them out 100%.
Let's see, BR racing, whom I've been to MANY DSM Shoot Out's, and has a HUGE reputation in the racing, DSM and Evo groups, or Accolade, who seems to have nothing but problems. Who are YOU going to side with?
At least I know 1 place I'm not going to buy the fender I needed from.

Here's a picture of the front fascia, we just ran back and took it. This will now leave no doubt as to where the fascia is. Those are the bar stools that will sit around it when I get it all done. Should be pretty cool.

Here's the picture of just a few of what I would consider major blemishes. The one large lower is to access a bolt but it is poorly designed and is going to have to be die ground out to put the factory plug, which will have to be bought from Mitsubishi seperately, back in.

395 shipped is what it says 395 pretty much 400 25% of 400 is 100 minus however much shipping is from and to at least another 100 so your looking at losing at least $200 out of $400 that sucks
