One crappy fitting poor customer service having company....
We had an Accolade bumper on one of the shop cars for about 2 weeks. It was so bad we eventually took it off and sold it for a couple dollars to a customer who was in dire need for a bumper.
The fitment was terrible to say the very least.

Between this crap and what happened with Evo8.com there definately should be a vendor blacklist if there isn't already.
I did a search for one and all I came up with was a thread from 2003 with no replies.
I could see the potential for badmouthing good vendors in it already but, I think as long as the mods weeded out little gripes from straight up fraud it would be a big help.
The more I think about their response the more pissed I get. There is absolutely no reason to be that much of an AS*HOLE. The way I'm looking at it is even with their 25% restocking and the the customer paying return shipping policy what would they be loosing to refund the money. They get their money back they spent in shipping with the restocking fee and the have their big shiny piece of sh*t to rip someone else off with.
How this for an idea spend a little more time getting the mold right, pay the people they have popping them out of the mold an extra dollar an hour so they take a little more care with the trimming of the part, tack on $50 to the price of the part to cover above expenses and, sell someone something they would actually use on their car and not as a counter or urinal.

ANy company that doesn't back up there products probably knows they aren't up to par. And if you knowingly manufacture products that aren't up to par, that means you must be trying to pull a fast one on consumers and make a quick buck. That is beyond shady.

You never can have your money back - you get a store credit... you have to buy another Accolade POS.

I'm saying why is that such a problem for the to do unless they are trying to screw people delibrately by selling sub standard parts and counting on making it so expensive and hard to return them that no one will? If you make a quality part there should be no or very few returns and should not be that big of a deal for the company to make right.
If you are paying to send it back to them and paying them a restocking fee (which covers their cost of the original shipping) they are not out any money and should give you yours back. Then move on to trying to screw the next guy.
Either way the guy who looses is the buyer. At best he is still out $200 for restocking and shipping or he is stuck with a crappy no fitting bumper.

All you guys who got screwed should find a lawyer and file a class action lawsuit against these f**kers and really put these crooks outta business. I mean there's gotta be some lawyers who frequent this forum. Karma is a real bi**h and they're gonna get what's coming to them; for sure...
soon they will meet the same fate as julius caeser!!!
Accolade sucking was probably the first thing i learned on this site.
This kind of **** has been happening for years!!
iamkar33m had a good thread about accolade...
