Hand brake/E Brake adjustment?

Has anyone noticed the E Brake coming up too high....is there shoes for the E brake on the evo? or does it use the caliper?...is this something the dealer missed on the PDI?

thanks Claudius.....The E brake does not seem to play as an important role here in the states...it is rare that the e brake works at all on some vehicles I drive.....When I lived in England it was part of the MOT (inspection) I think the rule was it could not exceed 6 clicks...and it was also checked on the rolling brake tester needless to say my evo would have failed this test with the way it stands today....I will adjust

I think most folks wouldn't even slam it in park if they didn't have to to get the key out of the ignition!
