LOL, so true. I am going through an arguement right now about why my calipers are peeling. Luckily they didn't blame it on the intake, but they did blame it on brake fluid even though there is no peeling whatsoever around the bleeder valves or brake line.

To the original poster... Like the other's say just put it back to stock when it goes to the dealer.

Have you considered using the stock BCS? Flashes like the Jestr M1 flash can control boost very effectively using the stock boost control solenoid. That being said, you won't gain as much power as an MBC would net you but it would be safer as far as the stealship goes. Also if you do get an MBC consider the Hallman instead of the Forge.

Does anyone know of a place to buy the stock hose setups?

I want to be able to take off my MBC for warranty purposes but I don't have the stock hose setup..

And a Flash can be detected by the Dealer if they look. I have a bone stock IX with 18,xxx, never raced it and changed the oil with Mobil one and factory filter every 3,000. My Rod Bearing and Main Bearing had Rod knock symptoms, took it to the dealer and they concurred. First thing they did, was check for any mods, including checking the ECU for a flash. I had all my receipts and paper work, and was fully covered with new Rod bearings and Crank Bearings, along with Rod bolts. Point being, you better be able to return it to complete stock if you have any warrenty work done.

Changing back to stock still chages the Checksum, dealer can still see that you have flashed the ECU.

you should call the dealership and talk to the tech guys. ask questions on what mods would be acceptable and leave your name out. This would give you an idea if you don't want to void warranty.
