A Bad Vendor Experience!!
ive never ordered anything from gruppe-s ive heard a few good things about them but isnt always the bad things you hear is the ones you remember i know the next time i go to order something ill think twice about gruppe-s after hearing storys like this

IMR4EVO, I would encourage you to not disregard group s but rather if you do any purchasing and you are using a credit card to be sure and make sure that you check all billing statements to verify that group s didnt overcharge you. And if they did please notify me and I will get my attorney on it right away.

I am here to help people and save people from making mistakes. And if I can help people by investigating these crimes then I will do so. If the only way to stop them is by shutting them down then I will do so. Do I make myself clear? Or would you rather not have people like me around protecting and standing up for what is right and letting people take advantage of others?

I received the HFC in about 2 weeks and the HFC was sent with good packaging and looked liked a good product. Guess what happened next??
I just received my credit card statement and found out that Gruppe-s has overcharged me $700 for the items that I canceled (the order) after finding out that items were backordered!!! How could a legitimate business do something like this? What if I didn't go over my credit card statement to match the numbers?
I just called Gruppe-s and they told me that they are going to refund me the money back, but it still bothers me a lot that these guys' business practices are so careless and deceptive. Please be super careful and take extra caution when you guys deal with Gruppe-s! Make sure you go over the credit card statement to match dollar amounts with actual invoices! Thank you for reading.

Gruppe-S is local to me (about 25 minutes away) and I've bought parts from them, shipped, local pickup and over-the-counter; I've gotten dyno time there on three separate occasions over the past 2 years. I've pretty much only had good experiences with them; sometimes they don't have what I want in stock, a lot of times they do. They've only ever given me great service. One time I mentioned an EvoM special, and they actually offered the part to me at an even lower price--how many vendors will do that!?
My "worst" experience with them was showing up early one Saturday morning and they ended up opening 20 minutes later than they had said they would.
