if its a really nice car like a porsche or z06 or something. i do the same thing... but only if i know they're not trying to race. and definately only in heavily trafficed areas.

 

theres been a thread like this before. me personally, i wave to evos and maybe a sti depending on my mood. evo community is a unique community, a certain respect to each other b/c not everyone can have an evo. its like cobras, vipers, z06, if i had one, i would only wave to those who had the same or better.

 

i only wave at other Evos, Porsche, Lambo, Ferrari, Nobles..you get the the idea.

I wave at STi's and they don't wave back for some reason.

 

apparently you shouldn't do this on a AFB or you'll get shot in the face right? haha this is funny.

I always get excited when I see an Evo and/or another Lancer. I wish somebody in an Evo would wave to me I'm so lonely in my little OZ...

 

Depends... I will usually get as close to their bumper as possible then at the last possible second, I hit the brakes and.... No really, what do you mean, how do I act around other evo's or lancers? I drive like a sane person and give them room to crash thier cars into the guard rails while trying to race me in a 35 mph zone. Then when all else fails, I really give it to em' ...... I go 5mph over the limit!!! I like to live on the edge! ................ All joking aside I usually give other Evo owners a nod or a hand gesture (a kind one) and keep on going. If I see another Evo or Lancer on the highway I might cruise with them until my exit. Other wise I don't look out for other vehicles to be overly nice too. But that being said, I do look out for the idiots that drive on the roads here in Chicago. You probably have them in your city, you know the ones, they drive with one hand on the wheel, which is clutching a cup of coffee from starbucks, while one of their eyes is on the road, and the other on the directions they printed out from mapquest. As for thier other hand, well I won't jade your virgin souls.

passing on the road, il will wave at other high end cars, Smile at the ricers who drive by with thier face plastered to the window like they are looking at whatever their personally fantasy is happening outside. I know most the other evo's in town, so next to them ill roll down the window and say whats up. Or introduce myself id i dont know them. im a friendly guy. hehe

 

so far whenever i meet up with another evo we exchange friendly revs. its like waving except less gay.

depends, most the time I'm polite - don't drive like an idiot. However, sometimes there are those few drivers who go too far (cutting me up or deliberately slowing down in front of me), at that point it's time to downshift...
couple of seconds later I love how they are sooo far behind, they get obscured by the wing in the rearview mirror!! hehehe
