That maybe in exellent condition. Only 5 percent of used cars fall into that catagory. Also I think its too much. Kelly blue book is a joke anyway. Use NADA
Just so you guys know... I saw what you all think of this dealership. Take a good look at the **** they are pulling. Read into my other post to see what crap im dealing with. (Keep in mind I stayed very basic too!!!)

I think the problems with your '03 and getting an '05 are two TOTALLY different issues. Make that clear to the dealership and approach them as such. EvoM is great for some things, but I think you need to find yourself some legal help. That '03 is a dud and the dealership has admitted as much. In my mind that entitles you to get a return on every cent you spent, and it entitles them to get the car back. When they start in on the '05 just tell them you'll cross that bridge when you come to it. Tell that that, at this point, the last thing in the world you're interested in doing is buying another car from a dealership that sold you a lemon. Tell them that once they make you whole THEN discussions about a new car can begin, but they are two seperate issues independent of one another. Good luck man.
