Yes. What you described is 100% the symptoms of a blown off ic pipe. Grab someone who knows his way around a wrench check the ic pipes. If they are fine, dont forget to get under the car and check the ones on the other side of the intercooler.

What color is it? And yes your other symptoms are good qualities of a pipe blowing off.. Check all of them, the upper intercool pipeing as well.

Any Check engine light (SES)?
Check engine light does not stay on, but comes on when car goes dead. It was so dark where I was , I'm assuming it was black smoke. The vacuum at 9 scares me. I used to vacuum at 15 at idle. It sounds really bad.

I had this problem when i first got my car. Please check where your upper I/C pipe connects to the throttle body. I had that problem when i first got my car. When this hose is off it causes a horrible idle (300-500rpm) and when you give it gas smoke shoots all over and will not go above ehh 2000rpm if i remember correctly.

the reason your vaccum is low cause you have a leak think about it. your car is running like **** cause you have a boost leak, you added a mbc which added alittle more psi and one of your clamp on your icp gave. no biggie get some tclamps and tighen them down and call it a day.

Like everybody mentioned, blown off intercooler pipe. I was going through the same ordeal until I popped my hood and saw that clamp thats on the throttle body blown off, put it back and was back on the road.

That describes it pretty good, I gave it some gas and it finally idled at about 1k. Just at idle, the smoke comes out the exaust. I cant even move 10 feet. When I try to give it gas, the rpm's go extremely slow. Does that help anymore?

Ok i really dont understand what more you want from us? We are telling you its the damn intercooler pipeings!! CHECK IT ALL!!! Not just the damn clamps that actually connect from the hoses to the intercooler itself.. Check the pipeing to the Throttle Body considering thats where most of the hoses tend to come off from anyway.
Now i dont want to see another post from you until you have gone and checked every icp clamp.

Boost leak as mentioned. But while you are at it pull the plugs and change them, most likely they are fouled.

Yes it helps... If you can. Go look at your engine and if you know where the intake manifold is look to the left side. It is probably clearly blown off.

Not to belittle your knowledge or anything, but if you do not know where the intake manifold is... it is right back by the firewall of your car. you will see. just follow the upper I/C pipe.
