Smile 3k worth of mods, what to do?

Hello Evo Enthusiasts! I have around 2-3k ready to be spent on my 05 Evo. I already have an AMS TBE & K&N drop-in filter... What would YOU do with this budget? I'm looking for mainly performance, but is also my daily driver...

Help me out! Any ideas would be appreciated!!

Like I've said every other time the question was asked:

- MBC (Forge UNOS)
- BOV (Forge RS)
- Walbro Fuel Pump
- GSC Cams
- Buschur LICP
- SMC alky
- BR ported/coated stock manifold
- BR ported/coated stock 10.5 hotside
- BR coated o2 housing
- Custom Dynoflash

Or the brands of your choice on the above parts...

This assumes you don't need a clutch, though, hah.

why the hell would he need a fuel reulator...come on. MBC,fuel pump,LICP,CAMS,o2,ported manifold and since you have a 10.5 get that ported...then a custom tune, that would be what i would suggest.

Of course I am gonna go wit the warr man. Seriously, those mods give you the most power for the buck. They have been test proven time and time again. So many people have them and they work. The performance is brilliant. Give buschur a call today. I beleive they even just came out with a new package called the power package which is like 2grand.

O well, good luck though.

gr

I was hoping someone wasen't going to say that! I just bought the 05 Evo SSL package for 29,000 brand new.... I was hoping that was worth it over spending 35k for a 06 Evo SSL package....

I like those list of mods that you guys are agreeing on, however AMS is about 50 miles from me... Buschur over AMS? I think there equal wouldn't you say?

10.5 hotsides are only necessary if you have an 03-04 model evo...because the stock 03-04 evos have a 9.8 hotside...( exhaust side of turbo)

I was planning on doing all of the mods listed above under Warrtalon's advice minus the cams. It is nice to see that what I had planned on my own is highly suggested by others. This thread makes me feel a lot better about my plans. Thanks!
