Is getting your car tuned and getting a reflash the same or what. Im new at this thing and im just trying to get a grasp on it. If anyone can go into depth with this it would help me out a little bit. And also if i put a 264 and 272 cams in my evo 9 mr can i still daily drive it or what.

Yes a reflash is a tune, and you can only do the exhaust cam in the 9 and it will drive perfectly..Awesome.

For the Evo 9, I would start with the Warrtalon package at bushur racing, Then work your way up to cams
Check it out, the most bang for the buck.

Reflashing the car is like getting a whole new tune.

A reflash is ONE form of tuning.

Would you still be able to daily drive your car with basic, mild cams? Um, yes. There is only one set of cams available for the IX, though.

FOr what are you calling me out? This is an old thread, and my comment was made in April. Only TurboTrix had (and still has) cams. GSC will release soon, but they didn't announce back in April when I wrote that...
