Info on best fulids to use......

So I bought my 03 evo used back in January and my buddy was telling me that I should have all the fulids drained and replaced since i don't know how the owner before treated the car. My question is which fulids should i use for the TC & Transmission? Any info would be great! thanks ahead of time.

search transmission fluid or tranny fluid.

then search diff fluid and then differential fluid.

then search gear oil pump.

motul sucks by the way. i haven't ever had a worse transmission fluid in my transmission. it's worse than stock diaqueen. the way i know is that all my shift bushings are solid which means i can feel everything that goes on in the cables. motuld sucks ***. two bottles of bg and a bottle of redline mt90 is perfect. i think i actually might have damaged my tranny running the motul for the 100 or so miles that it was in.

for reference i have a 5 speed. i can't speak for a 6 speed.
