RPM drop slow

hi i like to know why my rpm needle drop slowly from 7000rpm to 1000 rpm, after i floor it and put it in nuetral is this normal i took to the dealership they cant find any problems?

Normal. Somthing to do with emissions.

BTW, why are you flooring it and then putting it into neutral?

yeah that seems like flywheel weight doing that. I dont know how emissions systems could effect that. I free flowing exhuast and a light flywheel should make a differance
