A/C issues and washer fluid leak
Not sure about the A/C problem, but as for the washer fluid, I believe there is an overflow hose somewhere which causes the fluid to flow out when too much is in there. Maybe you put in too much?! The same thing happened to mine when I was getting my fluids checked, and the guy tried filling up my washer fluid, and suddently it spued out the bottom!
I was like "WTF?" Thought I had a hole somewhere, but there was still fluid in it and still have til this day.

Yeah, the washer fluid "leak" is not really a leak at all. The fill tank is kinda strange in that you can put a lot of fluid in, but it will only hold up to a certain amount and dump the rest our near your front left tire.
The A/C thing is a whole other issue. You might have to take it to a recharge place if it isn't cooling.

I meant to say its the intercooler tank. Anyways I am in the market for a good used cooling fan. Not sure if ther are one or two up there. Have not looked in a long while so I just don't remember. If there is two I need the one that is for the a/c side. My old pos neon had two so I am just assuming a car like this would need two because it runs hot to begin with. Dealer did not do anything about either because of wife hitting a deer in Jan. Insurance company want new claim and more money. Also looking for a stock silver rear bumper in good condition too. That sucks about the "it has to get worse before we can fix it" thing. I bet they charged you a fee to tell you that too.
