EVO driven recklessly while supposedly getting an oil change at Walpole Mitsu in MA
I couldn't keep my cool. I am getting heated just picturing it happening. Man, I would be there with a baseball bat. I would make sure I test his cars "hail damage resistance" with it. Then I would go ahead and test him for "durability." I'd be in jail, no doubt. After I got out, I'd go back to the dealership and continue doing the "tests" until he was no longer able to function for the rest of his life. I'd rather do the time then lose sleep for six months. Remember, you do the same amount of jail time for a baseball bat as you do your fists. 6 months - 1 year. So why not use a bat?

We follwed my evo a few miles and the guy driving it was beating on it going full throttle in ever gear! Finally he turns around at a light and heads back towards the dealership, (after rolling down windows and yelling at some truck driver). He starts tailgating people and eventually pulls into the service lot.
My gf and I jump out of her car and go into the service department and basically explain everything that happened. The service manager just keeps saying "yes I understand" and "ok, ok calm down." Then he tells me he will talk to the tech. He comes back and says the tech was driving it to "test the brakes." I told him I have photos on my camera phone of the tech driving it and the manager just shrugs it off. At this point I am really angry and ask for my car back and the service manager says "well it's up on the lift now you'll have to wait."
Finally after waiting another 15 minutes I get the car back with the oil supposedly changed free of charge. The whole thing was terrible and I am not sure if I can really do much about other than not go there anymore even though it is by far the closest Mitsu service center to me. Any thoughts, advice similar experiences???

That sucks..Now you know, fortunatly you caught him. You proly woulda kept bringing your whip there too!
Do you have the free oil changes? If not, change it yourself.
I had a local Walmart change my friends oil, which leaked oil at my house. So I checked it out. The dumb asses at walmart lube express overtightened the drainbolt, spliting the threads. The guy then had the nerve to bring my friend down in the bay and point out he had an oil leak!! We get under this car 2-4 times a month!
So I went down there talk to the manager.
He took pictures and filed the claim through walmarts ins. Got a check in 3 weeks.
Price of a new Honda S2000 oil pan $560.00
Chances of bring that car back to Walmart? NEVER!

I called the number given for Mitsubishi: 866-876-3018 but before I can talk to someone I need type in my account # or social security # but when I type my SS it says it doesn't recognize it. WTF!! This is so frustrating to get screwed like this!

I was thinking the same thing.......
Regardless, it pisses me off just putting myself in your shoes. I can't even imagine what I would've done.......
