Boost Controller issues.

I just got a greddy profec bspec 2 EBC installed and needless to say, I can't seem to get more than 11 psi in first gear and sometimes i'll get lucky and get 15 in second gear. When I increase the set boost, it seems to get less boost than when it is on 0%. You think it is possible that it got installed incorrectly? Someone please help. thanks.

EDIT:
I'm tryin to get around 20 or 21 psi and 11 psi is obviously quite a bit lower than stock so need help!

If you kept the stock lines to connect to EBC...did you take out pill from line where it connected to stock boost solenoid?

What pill are you talking about? I still have the stock boost solenoid plugged in to the electrical harness. I'm sorry, I'm a newbie at this.
