Car Running Sluggish

So here is my problem. Ran the car normal today and it seemed a little sluggish and there was ridiculous turbo lag. Installed a new LICP and it ran just fine for a week. I did check that to make sure the couplers were on and even took it back off and put it back on, but I'm still getting this issue. Another thing is when I make a second gear or third gear pull, the RPM's rev up and then the lag proceeds and then the boost kicks in. I'm having a buddy of mine help me out with it but I just wanted to get everyone's opinions. Thanks

does the car drive fine when not in boost (in vacuum)? imo, i'd recheck the lines on the intake, ic pipes and if it still continues that way, do a boost leak test

Do a boost leak test. Sounds like you got a leak somewhere.

So rechecked the intake vac line and there was one that came off under the throttle body. Hooked it back in and decided to redue to the install of the LICP and use more heavier duty clamps and tighten that b***h. End result still ridiculous lag.........however, car hit boost again.
