Suggest What Seats I Should Buy

My Evo IX seats were stolen last weekend. So i'm in the market for new seats

I don't want to spend more then a G for 2.

I'm 6'1 240.

So whats good race car type seats that are big enough for me? I don't care about reclining seats as long as its comfortable.

I think i'm perfering Sparco brand.

but others suggestions welcomed.

Sparco Evo L would be a good choice.... they are about 1 G per seat/hardware.

I think you should definitely try the seats out prior to purchase if at all possible.
Just because one fits great for some doesn't necessarily mean it would fit you.

Although they are somewhat expensive, how bout Recaro Speed?
I think they are around $600 or $700 range.

The EVO 9 MR Recaro seats list at Mitsu for about $1100 per seat. I'll bet you could get some help on this number from your dealership......I just spoke to my dealership in NH and they told me that they would do a cost + a small markup to help me - I think around $900 a seat.

Yah the only good fixed back seats under 1K for two is Sparco. They are tested and SFI rated so they are safe. I wouldnt trust a seat wihtout the rating on it.

And if you want reclinables Recaro SRD are OK.

If you get fixed back seats get a roll bar with it.
