what is consider stage 1 / when modding our Evolutions ?

 

This goes without saying, but you should start with stage -1, the search button.

 

Look at the AMS and Buschur vending web sites for their staged upgrade kits.

That should get you an idea what a Stage 1 is, since it differs just a little bit from vendor to vendor.

 

Heres a few to look at:

Buschur Stage 1
Gruppe-S Stage 1
TTP Stage 1
Vishnu Stage 1

There are plenty more, just search around. Hit the Vendors section on the front page of evom.

 

The basic stage 1's that I have seen have a TBE, MBC, Flash, and a DV. I think thats it, but it feels like I'm missing something...Oh and a fuel pump.

what kind of 1/4 mile times should someone expect from a stage 1? as well as awhp increase?

 

Anywhere from 11.99-12.7 depending on the track altitude, the year of evo, and how well you drive the car.

 

stg 1 with 3 runs down a track= 13.2 for me. 12's for sure with some practice. .02

 

Our Stage 1 consists of this:

Full turbo back exhaust. Our exhaust has no reducers or resonators, is 100% 304 grade stainless steel and you can have a choice of three mufflers we offer and a choice of an offroad pipe or high flow cat.

Boost gauge.

Boost controller.

Boost gauge mounting pod.

Reflashed ECU.

Air filter kit.

A good driver in a good running EVO will see 12.7's with this kit on 93-94 octane fuel.
