Trying to make around 300whp...

I am planning on doing the following setup... I am wondering if you all think its, cost effective and reliable power. This will be my daily driver so I don't want to go too crazy on it. I need it to stay reliable.

03 GSR Evo
1. Downpipe
2. Cat Delete
3. O2 housing
4. Exhaust (thinking of getting JIC, opinions needed)
5. Watermeth injection (aqua mist system)
6. MBC
7. Ecu flash
8. Fuel pump

What do you all think?

With those mods, i would say 320-330 on a dynojet. If u are really worried about it being reliable, i would go with a set of cams instead of the w/m injection. Even a tuned intake can make good power if u are on a budget.

Skip the meth injection for now and go with cams. Cams don't run out of fuel.

Also not in your list.

Tactrix Cable - About $90
Evoscan - $25
EcuFlash - $0
Custom Flash - $50+ (fun and effective)

Look at the staged upgrades from our various tuners too. It will save you some money and time getting the parts. Plus most will have a power rating on their site per package.

Staged upgrade vendors: (that i know of so far)
- AMS
- Buschur
- Gruppe-s
- TTP

From: somewhere testing various tires, brakes, and suspensions.

03 GSR Evo
1. Downpipe
2. Cat Delete
3. O2 housing
4. Exhaust (thinking of getting JIC, opinions needed)
5. Watermeth injection (aqua mist system)
6. MBC
7. Ecu flash
1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7 are ok.
5, if this is a D/D I wouldnt use meth. If I was going to use meth, I would get head studs.
8. Fuel Pump

Get whatever parts you have the money for. In the end its your cash. If you like JIC get JIC, if you like BR, get BR.

You have an 03. Why not a 10.5 hotside? I would also replace that plastic DV with a IX metal DV. And get a boost gauge.

do the cams drastically reduse the gas milage? Even on freeway drives an such? What cams do you all suggest?
