So which ebay intercooler kits is everyone buying that so many people rave about. I found couple different ones. Is is the xspower on or the ssautochrome one, or are they the same kit?

Also which o2 housing?

Also anyone have any experience with the ralliart style lips?

Some more recent links would be great. Thanks

These are great quality and are about the same price as the cheap ones. The guy that sells these is super nice and sent me an extra one! He's the only one on ebay that sells these in stainless steel.

I would imagine that's its the same quality as a Megan piece... I have never read anything bad about them. Though you get what you pay for.. My down pipe and Test pipe are cheap ebay units.. They work great though install was flawed since I was sent a test pipe for Evo 8 when I have a Evo 9, and it did not include any gaskets. The Downpipe on the other hand did have gaskets though the gasket to the 02 housing did not fit, and the bolts for support brackets were too large. I had to purchase gaskets and bolts separately to finish the install.. Also luckily my Buschur scca exhaust had a 02 bung otherwise I would not have had any place to install my rear 02.
If I could do it again, I would just have purchased a complete turbo back from Buschur Racing, and not tried to save on cheaper parts. An aggravating install can really ruin all thoughts of saving money.. You just find yourself wishing you spent the extra money.

xs-power and ssautochrome are the same company and use the same intercoolers, piping, manifolds, etc.

there piping kits work pretty well, there intercoolers are just your typical ebay FMIC, heat soaking etc.

the only ebay product i use is the BYC intercooler. i was very surprised on how well it works, no sign of heat soaking at all and some great power gains. my buddy tuned his IX with an ams intercooler, full piping, typical bolt ons and only put down 3 more hp then me and the only peice that was differnt was the intercooler.

+1 on the BYC intercooler and i only paid $240 shipped

you think that the list could be put into the original post and updated by the thread started from there...you know, so you don't have to search through 18 pages to try and find the most updated version!!!
