Hey sorry for the delay,

I got it on this past weekend... I cant say I notice a difference, I didnt expect to, but I can see that its better then what was there before. It replaced the stock two under braces that are under the car currently. However, unless you get extremely lucky with the holes lining up perfectly, it wont fit.

I had to drill out each of the wholes about a 1/4 an inch wider so that I had the "play" to line the holes up. Once I did that it was fine, but me being the person I am, forgot to drill out one hole... its the one in the middle that also connects to the subframe/transmission. So as it sits on the car, thats not connected, but that will be addressed shortly.

But for $45, and drilling a couple holes, It is certainly better then the stock Money well spent.

Bought a 02 housing from xspower for 50.00 when I got it the inside had not been ported. the weld points inside only had an egg size connecting hole. 100 dollars later from my machine shop since stainless is a ***** to port, I had a nice 02housing.

You can't really go wrong with an oil cap like this, right? http://www.ebay.com/itm/270390373247...#ht_741wt_1141

It looks kinda nice haha. I'm considering getting one in hopes that it'll match the engine and timing belt covers nicely.

Opinions on eBay stainless steel turbo backs?

Personally I don't think I could put one on my own car, although I have heard some good things about them. There's just something about telling people I have eBay part that irks me (especially one as big as a full exhaust).

On the other hand, when you think about it all it is is piping....if the welds are decent and its real ss...what makes a tanabe/ams/buschur one $800+ more?

I've got a cobb DP and a SRS ebay special catback. Honestly, I've seen some evos around me that have some "nicer" (IE: more expensive) catbacks, that sound like sh*t compared to mine. Louder, raspier, and more annoying. I love the way this thing sounds, it's been through a michigan winter so far, and after all the salt, it still looks great. If it gets F'ed up, I'll buy another one for 180 bucks or whatever the hell it cost. Pipe is pipe is pipe. Spend a bit more on the DP, if you want something that fits better. The cobb was like 140-150, plus the ebay catback, ~330-350 for a turbo back? comon.

I paid $300 when I bought mine, I've no idea how they make money off that. hasn't given me any grief, and I've had it on my car for...15k miles now (about 1 year, i daily my car). not a raspy sound; if i had a video of it i'd post it...maybe I'll get one sometime. i'd buy it again in a heartbeat for $200

Yea for $200 with free shipping I'd love to hear how it sounds.

Idk....I mean like others have said if anything goes wrong with it its $200 for a new one. I could buy almost 5 new full turbo backs for the price of one ams one...hmmm....
