ebay intercoolers are generally garbage. they work fine first pull but get heatsoak very fast. and for that price you can buy a used ETS or perrin one in good shape

I think this is what you're referring to, it was corrected here:

I have this front lip, fitment is okay but it works and holds up pretty damned well. I might order another one as a spare, haha.

^that lip. It's ABS plastic and very flexible/durable. Only reason I got a new one is because my old one got ripped off in the hurricane Damn tree branch

I like this thread a lot because you never do really know whats good and whats not on ebay, and most people are generally scared to buy when there may be some good products on there

Remember that Buschur Racing thread where DB had to tell the world he just blew a **** ton of money due to the throttle plate screws coming out of his throttle body. Now this is coming from a guy that may be rough around the edges but I do think deep down inside he cares about the community.

That throttle body was made in some factory by someone that's probably never even heard of an Evo. Who are you going to call when something goes wrong?

Ok thanx!

Because of that I asked about that throttle body, because I don´t know anything about it.

Thanx for your answer.

Hey guys,

My dad's Evo is missing it's front strut bar... Whats the best choice? We could get an OEM one of course but hows this one by DME?

http://www.ebay.com/itm/160740035077...WAX:IT&vxp=mtr

Or should we get the Tein Performance bar for $123 shipped brand new?

I think we will Thanks for the advice!

For the price of the Tein one, we could get the front AND rear DME bars haha. Would you happen to have any installed pics of the rear DME bar? My dad wants to tinker with the car as little as possible and definitely wouldn't want to cut the carpet and stuff to fit the rear bar.
