hopefully the SSAutoChrome fabrication has improved over the years. Back in '06 when I was in the Honda turbo scene, there were numerous examples of the manifolds breaking in half, or the wastegate mounts falling off and you would see your wastegate rolling down the street behind you. They used very cheap material and poor fabrication, but they were "shiney" so many people bought them.

anyone seen this in the EVO parts?

SSAutoChrome has been a pretty reputable company in the Evo community. Lots of guys are running there parts and have been very satisfied.

also heard good things about this harness bar..

My buddy got in a head on collision and the car was totalled. didnt effect the bar one bit.

that's good to hear, they were just breaking into the Honda market in like '03 - '04 so they have had some time to do R&D

Anyone have experience with the lip in the link? I want to find a Do Luck replica that has good fitment. All the links in my search are expired and can't get a look at the auction.

I know its like double the price but i would buy the "d style" lip from rexpeed fits perfect and look amazing!

http://www.rexpeed.net/new2007/produ....php?serial=93

And certain things on ebay are a steal! I have a few products Exhaust and 3" IC pipes that i cut and welded for my custom set-up for about 1/2 of what other company's sell theirs for but most other things like Intercoolers, Turbos, Intake and Exhaust Manifolds, etc. def buy from a company that has spent alot of money testing and researching components that will actually make power... buy from them.

just my .02cents

^ Yeah I know the Rexspeed products are great, but I can't justify buying a lip like that with the horrible roads we have.

I've heard good things about the urethane lips on ebay. fitment is nearly spot on, and the price makes it easier to put it on a DD. For me any way. Our roads suck here.

Even the XS power? It's a direct copy of one of the upper end EVO performance parts manufacturers.

One of the best ebay parts I've purchased is the cat-back exhaust and cat-delete pipe. Another direct copy of an exhaust manufacturer that would remain nameless. I've purchased a lot of Ebay parts, and the only one that didn't work out was the stainless steel exhaust manifold. I cracked two of them, but that doesn't appear to be an odd occurance even with high end versions.

Overall I've had a good experince purchasing Ebay parts.

Yep I am on my 2nd one, they are nice quality ABS plastic and fitment is dead on! Easy to put on too, assuming you take off your front bumper
