I'm not talking about buying an NSX or racing a stock NSX. I'm talking about what the chassis is. A ridiculously lightweight all aluminum design that is very low to the ground and is MR. This is why the full out race car NSX's are devastating. A race porsche or Z06 can't touch that.

If it's so great why is the GT500 NSX always losing to the other GT500 cars currently?

I totally agree. If the chasis is so great, then how come it get owned by the Z and the SC 430 in JGTC all the time.

They got new regulations every year that goes against the once dominate NSX to make competition more "fair". I think it forced the NSX to go the turbo route too. That's what I read in a magazine a year or two back. The NSX was plagued with new regulations because the NSX was that damn good.

I have the magazine somehwere in my house. It is a great read! Takata or some NSX team sounded pretty pissed at JGTC because the new regulations that were being made were directly at the NSX because of it's unqiue car structure which didn't really effect any of the other cars in the competition, ONLY the NSX. They vowed to make a comeback...
